DC spot welding machine has Medium Frequency Inverter DC Resistance Welding Control System which through the rectifier circuit transfer the three-phase alternating current to direct current, and then via the inverter circuit that composed by inverter power switching device consisting become the medium frequency square wave to connect primary of welding transformer, and then through welding tansfomer to reduce voltage and rectified to becomes small ripple DC power supply to electrodes, and then perform the workpiece welding. The inverter adjust switching power devices though the fedback of the secondary welding current, so as to achieve a constant current welding process.
The Advantage Of DC Spot Welding Machine:
